This course is designed to enable participants to develop and
maintain a robust and diverse business network.

Course Objectives:

Participants will:

* understand the relevance and importance of developing and nurturing relationships to achieve win/win results in business
* know what to say after you say hello
* know how to prepare for a networking opportunity and subsequent follow-up
* be able to develop and manage your own strategy for networking to achieve successful outcomes
* learn how to build networks of people for the future
* understand it is not only who you know but also who knows you
* move beyond business card swapping to generating business

Course Outline:

* pre-training - a briefing with company representative to establish your company's objectives and to tailor the course where applicable
* 3.5 hour Group course or 3 hour coaching session for One-to-One course with expert consultant
* personalised telephone debrief with company representative following training

Course Logistics:

* each Group course will have a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 12 participants
* in-house Group courses can be held on your premises
* each course can be tailored to your team's development needs
