This course is designed to enable you to be more influential, confident
and persuasive at work. You will recognise the link between your communication
skills and the impact they can achieve.
Course Objectives:
Participants will:
* communicate in a more persuasive manner with colleagues and stakeholders
* define elements that build trust
* modify their behaviours to meet the interpersonal styles of others
* use a 6 step model for influencing others
* have techniques to get buy in to your ideas more quickly
* walk away with an action plan
Course Outline:

6 weeks following the training |
Course Logistics:
* each Group workshop will have a minimum of 5 and a maximum of
12 participants
